Terms and conditions

Key Congressi Srl has been appointed by the Department of Economics Business Mathematics and Statistics “Bruno de Finetti” of the University of Trieste as Administrative Secretariat in charge of receiving registration fees and issuing the relevant invoices.

In compliance with e-invoicing regulations, the e-invoice will be submitted to the Italian Interchange System and a copy will be sent to the payer by the Administrative Secretariat via email.

Cancellation policies

Cancellation of participation shall be notified in writing to

Cancellation notifications received by June 1st, 2022 will be accepted and all fees refunded less a cancellation fee of EUR 100.

Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded.

Non-attendance: no refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference.

Transfer of registration

Transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and details of the person that will replace you must be advised in writing to info@iwsm2022.com by July 10^th, 2022.

Covid-19 pandemic refund policies

• In case the conference should be postponed to a later date:

Participation fees paid remain valid for the new date

Participants can withdraw their attendance in writing to info@iwsm2022.com within 15 days from the communication of new date. Registration fee will be refunded less an administrative fee of EUR 50

• In case the conference should be cancelled:

Registration fee will be refunded less an administrative fee of EUR 50

• In case you have to cancel your participation as a result of governmental restrictions on mobility or travel bans:

Cancellation is accepted if notified in writing to info@iwsm2022.com by July 10^th, 2022 and registration fee will be refunded less an administrative fee of EUR 50

We regret that non-attendance notified after that date cannot be refunded.

Refunds will be made by bank transfer or via Pay Pal. Transaction charges are to be borne by the recipient.

No further compensation can be conceded beyond the indicated refunds
